We do accept some, but not all, Affordable Care Act insurance plans. We are not contracted with Covered Care California, Kaiser or Tricare.
If you have insurance with one of our networked providers, you will be asked to present your child’s insurance card and pay the urgent care co-pay. Please check the amount as it often differs from the amount you might pay for a standard co-pay visit.
After we file your child’s visit with your insurance provider, they will let us know what treatment was covered and not covered by the insurance. We will charge your credit card on file for any remaining unpaid portion. This process can take up to 6 weeks.
If your insurance health plan is not listed here, we will need you to pay with cash or by credit card before your child is treated. We will provide a receipt after your visit, which you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
