SERVICES AVAILABLE AT AFTER HOUR PEDIATRICS

For any life-threatening illness or injury, proceed to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.  For all other pediatric concerns, After Hour Pediatrics offers care in a child-friendly pediatric office setting, where your child will be treated by a board-certified pediatrician.

Our Services Include:

  • We offer comprehensive physical exams, which can be used for sports, camp, and school clearance. Please download, print, and complete these forms for physical exams.  (PDF format)
     
  • Evaluation Applying a splint at AHPand treatment of all pediatric illness
     
  • Evaluation of newborn conditions such as colic, jaundice, and feeding concerns
     
  • Care for broken bones, sprains, minor lacerations, and other injuries
     
  • On-site throat cultures, tetanus shots, urinalysis, and rapid flu and RSV screens
     
  • Convenient access to full-service lab and X-ray facilities
     
  • Prolonged asthma therapy
     
  • Pain relief and fever reduction
     
  • Doctor-to-doctor consultations with pediatric specialists and your child’s pediatric group
     
  • Direct communication/consultation and transfer to ER for children who are experiencing a life-threatening or significant emergency
       
  • Follow-up call from our doctors or nurses regarding test results
     
  • On-call hospitalists for direct admits, bypassing the ER, for hospitalization
